It sounds like your kitten is experiencing some discomfort with both eye discharge and sneezing, which can be concerning, especially with the presence of blood. These symptoms could be indicative of an upper respiratory infection, which is quite common in young cats. The blood in the discharge might be due to irritation or inflammation of the nasal passages and eyes.

For now, you can gently clean the affected eye with a warm, damp cloth to remove any discharge. Be sure to use a separate cloth for each eye if both are affected to prevent any potential spread of infection. Additionally, keeping your kitten in a humid environment, such as a bathroom with a running hot shower (but not in the shower itself), can help ease the nasal congestion.

However, given the presence of blood in both the nasal and eye discharge, it's important to monitor your kitten closely. If the symptoms persist or worsen, or if your kitten shows signs of lethargy, loss of appetite, or difficulty breathing, it would be best to seek veterinary care promptly. These symptoms could indicate a more serious underlying condition that requires professional treatment.
