She keeps shaking even when I try to get her warm and I think it’s because of that but all she wants is to go outside where it’s cold then I bring her in she’s shaking constantly again and even panting

It sounds like your dog might be experiencing some discomfort, and there are a few potential reasons for her shaking and panting. She could be feeling anxious or stressed, which often leads to these symptoms. Alternatively, she might be unwell or in pain, prompting her to seek out cooler environments for relief.

At home, there are several steps you can take to help her feel more comfortable:

Firstly, try to create a soothing atmosphere. Playing soft music or providing a quiet space can help alleviate her anxiety. Additionally, ensure that the indoor temperature is just right—not too hot or too cold—as dogs sometimes prefer cooler areas if they're feeling overheated or anxious.

It's also crucial to keep her well-hydrated, so make sure she has access to fresh water at all times, especially since panting can lead to dehydration.

Keep a close watch on her behavior for any additional symptoms, such as changes in appetite, lethargy, or signs of pain.

If her shaking and panting persist or worsen, I recommend consulting with a veterinarian. They can perform a thorough examination to rule out any underlying health issues and provide the necessary care.
