Blister bumps in the groin and anal area, along with persistent licking, can indeed be concerning. These symptoms might stem from various causes, such as allergic reactions, infections (whether bacterial, fungal, or parasitic), or even contact dermatitis.

To start, it's important to keep the affected area clean and dry. You can gently clean these areas with a mild antiseptic solution diluted with water. It's also crucial to prevent excessive licking, as this can worsen the condition. Using an Elizabethan collar, commonly known as a cone, can help stop her from licking the area.

Since the blisters have been present for a few days and are causing discomfort, it's essential to monitor for any changes. Watch for signs like increased redness, swelling, discharge, or if she appears to be in pain, as these could indicate an infection or a more serious underlying issue.

Given the sensitive location and the persistence of the symptoms, I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with a veterinarian. They can perform a thorough examination and may conduct tests such as skin scrapings or biopsies to determine the exact cause. Based on their findings, they can prescribe the appropriate treatment, which might include topical ointments, antibiotics, or other medications.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
