This can be caused by a variety of issues, including infections (bacterial, viral, or parasitic), dietary indiscretions, or more serious conditions like inflammatory bowel disease or even ingestion of a toxic substance.

Given the severity of the symptoms and the presence of blood in the stool, it's crucial to seek immediate veterinary care. Bloody diarrhea can lead to severe dehydration and other complications, especially in a young kitten. A veterinarian will be able to perform the necessary tests to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment.

In the meantime, ensure your kitten stays hydrated. You can offer small amounts of water frequently, or an electrolyte solution designed for pets if you have one. Avoid giving any over-the-counter medications without consulting a vet, as some can be harmful to cats.
