She was playing and sprinting just fine today. Then out of nowhere her whole back end is very sensitive, she can’t stand up on her own, she is shaking badly, she’s wincing in pain when laying down, she’s refusing to eat, and is acting like her legs and butt are paralyzed.

It sounds like your dog is experiencing a very serious and potentially life-threatening condition. The symptoms you're describing, such as sudden sensitivity in the back end, inability to stand, shaking, wincing in pain, refusal to eat, and signs of paralysis, could indicate a severe injury or neurological issue, such as a spinal injury or a slipped disc.
Given the severity and sudden onset of these symptoms, it's crucial to seek immediate veterinary care. Your dog needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause and begin appropriate treatment. Delaying treatment could lead to worsening of her condition and potentially permanent damage.
Please take her to an emergency veterinary clinic right away. If you have any further questions, please ask us. Thank you.
