Thank you for reaching out to us. Apart from the white ear wax, does she show any excessive head shaking, scratching of the ears, and any foul smell from the ears? Also, is the amount of ear wax excessive? All of the following I have just mentioned are typical clinical signs found in an ear infection. Whether the infection is caused by parasites, bacteria, or yeasts, we cannot evaluate it at the moment. You need to make an appointment with a vet for a differential diagnosis.

You may try the OTCs (pet use only) first but we cannot guarantee whether it would solve her situation as prescribed medications are definitely more effective as they are given after pinpointing the cause.

In the future, please use relevant chemicals to clean her ears regularly and completely dry them afterward.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back to us!

Thank you.
