It sounds like your dog is experiencing a combination of skin issues, likely worsened by flea infestations and possibly allergies. The symptoms you've described, such as excessive itching, redness, scabbing, hair loss, and flaky skin, are consistent with both flea allergies and other skin conditions.

First, it's crucial to ensure effective flea control. While topical treatments and flea collars are beneficial, you might want to consider adding an oral flea medication, which can be more effective. Additionally, make sure to treat your home environment, as fleas can live in carpets, bedding, and furniture.

Next, continue with regular baths using a gentle, hypoallergenic shampoo designed for dogs with sensitive skin.

For topical treatments, aloe vera gel can soothe irritated skin. However, be cautious with other human products like eczema cream and baby conditioner, as they might not be suitable for dogs. It's best to stick to products specifically formulated for dogs.

If your dog's condition worsens or if you notice signs of severe discomfort, such as constant crying or open sores, please seek veterinary care immediately. Chronic skin issues can lead to secondary infections and require professional treatment.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
