He has been having diarrhea not eating very much he's lethargic we can barely get Pedialyte in him or anything that will help him stay hydrated he can barely lift up his head

I'm truly sorry to hear about your ferret's condition. The symptoms you're observing—diarrhea, lethargy, and difficulty staying hydrated—are indeed worrisome, especially since he seems too weak to lift his head. These signs could point to a serious issue such as dehydration, an infection, or another medical condition that needs immediate veterinary attention.
In the meantime, it's vital to try and keep him hydrated. Offering small amounts of Pedialyte can be beneficial, but if he's unable to take it, this indicates that he urgently needs professional care. Ferrets can become dehydrated very quickly, which can be life-threatening.
Given the severity of his symptoms, I strongly advise taking him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They can administer the necessary fluids and treatment to stabilize his condition and identify the underlying cause of his symptoms.
If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you.
