The difficulty in moving the leg, yelping in pain, heavy breathing, and clamminess are all signs of distress and potential injury. Injuries from falls in small breed puppies like Pomeranians can range from sprains to fractures, which can be serious given their delicate bone structure at 2 months of age.

For now, it's important to keep Tiny comfortable and restrict his movement to prevent further injury. Create a soft, padded area for him to lie on and ensure he stays warm.

If Tiny's condition doesn't improve or worsens, such as if he becomes more lethargic, refuses to eat or drink, has difficulty breathing, or shows signs of severe pain, these are all indications that he needs to be seen by a professional immediately. Additionally, if you notice any swelling, deformity, or if the leg appears to be at an abnormal angle, these are urgent signs that require immediate veterinary attention.

It's also important to keep him from licking or biting at the injured leg to prevent further irritation or infection. If the condition is serious, there is a high possibility of muscle damage, bone fractures, or cracks.

I recommend taking Tiny to the hospital for proper treatment.
