I'm very sorry to hear about your dog's condition. Given the symptoms you've described—vomiting, lack of appetite, lethargy, and raspy breathing—it's crucial to seek immediate veterinary attention. These signs could indicate that a piece of the jerky is still lodged in her throat or has caused damage to her esophagus or airway.

In the meantime, ensure she stays hydrated by offering small amounts of water. Avoid giving any more food until she has been seen by a veterinarian. The raspy breathing is particularly concerning and could indicate an obstruction or irritation in her airway.

Please take her to an emergency veterinary clinic as soon as possible. Prompt medical attention is essential to ensure her airway is clear and to address any potential complications from the choking incident.

If you have any further questions please ask us. Thank you.
