It's concerning that your kitten hasn't had a bowel movement in several days, especially if this has been ongoing for 3-4 days. Constipation in young kittens can be quite serious. Here are some steps you can take to help her:
First, make sure she is well-hydrated. Dehydration can contribute to constipation, so offer her fresh water frequently. You might also consider adding a bit of water to her wet food to increase her fluid intake.
Next, think about her diet. Sometimes, a change in diet can make a difference. Wet food is generally better for hydration and can aid in bowel movements. You can also try adding a small amount of plain canned pumpkin (not spiced) to her food, as it can help with digestion.
For very young kittens, gentle stimulation of the abdomen can sometimes help. Use a warm, damp cloth to gently rub her abdomen in a circular motion. This mimics the action of a mother cat licking her kittens to stimulate bowel movements.
Ensure her litter box is clean and easily accessible. Kittens can be quite particular about where they go, and a dirty or hard-to-reach litter box might discourage her from using it.
You mentioned giving her Miralax. While this can be helpful, it's important to use it under proper guidance. If you continue to use it, make sure you are administering the correct dosage for her size and age.
If she still hasn't had a bowel movement after trying these steps, or if she shows any signs of distress, lethargy, vomiting, or a swollen abdomen, it's crucial to seek veterinary care immediately. Constipation can sometimes indicate a more serious underlying issue that requires professional attention.
