She has been for several hours now been feeling
very uncomfortable

Tender in the abdomen
Non-stop panting can be a sign of discomfort, pain, or respiratory distress. Dogs pant to cool down, but if it's excessive and not related to temperature or recent exercise, it could be a sign of something more serious.
Severe gas and a tender abdomen suggest gastrointestinal discomfort. This could be due to a dietary indiscretion, such as eating something she shouldn't have, or it could be a sign of a more serious digestive issue like gastritis, pancreatitis, or even bloat, which is a life-threatening emergency where the stomach fills with gas and sometimes twists.
Snoring or labored breathing could indicate that there is an obstruction in the airways or an issue with the respiratory system. This could be as simple as an allergic reaction causing inflammation or as serious as a respiratory infection or even a heart condition.
If you notice any of the following additional symptoms, it would be necessary to seek immediate veterinary care: collapse or fainting, pale or blue gums, extreme lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, especially if it's bloody, a distended abdomen that feels hard to the touch, or if she's unable to get comfortable in any position.
In the meantime, monitor her closely for any changes in her symptoms or behavior. Ensure she has access to fresh water, but avoid giving her any food for the time being, especially if she's showing signs of gastrointestinal distress. If she's struggling to breathe, try to keep her in a well-ventilated area and avoid using collars that could put pressure on her neck, opting for a harness instead if necessary.
If her symptoms persist, I recommend taking her to the vet.
