It sounds like your cat is experiencing some significant eye issues, including discharge with blood and a change in eye color to a grayish blue, which can be quite concerning. These symptoms could indicate a serious underlying condition such as an infection, injury, or even a more systemic issue affecting the eyes.

Given the presence of blood in the discharge and the change in eye color, it's crucial to seek veterinary care as soon as possible. These symptoms can potentially lead to more severe problems like vision loss or damage to the eye if not treated promptly.

In the meantime, you can gently clean the affected eyes with a warm, damp cloth to remove any discharge. Avoid using any medications or ointments without consulting a veterinarian, as some substances can worsen the condition. Keeping your cat in a calm and clean environment can also help prevent further irritation.

Since your cat is also experiencing other issues like stinky breath, behavioral changes, fleas, and urinary health concerns, it’s important to address these with your veterinarian as well, as they could be interconnected.

Please make an appointment with your veterinarian as soon as possible to get a thorough examination and appropriate treatment for your cat. If you have any further questions please ask us. Thank you.
