So my dogs stoll is hard but there is some blood in it not too bad but she is arching her back and she is shaking and having spazzams and she will eat when she’s ready and drink when she is ready what is wrong with her she’s not her normal self😢

Hard stools and blood can be indicative of constipation or colitis (inflammation of the colon). If there is something obstructing her intestines, it could lead to hard stools and blood due to straining. This would also explain her arching back and discomfort. Monitor her stool closely. If the blood persists for more than a day or two, or if it increases in amount, this is a concern. Additionally, if her discomfort seems to worsen or she becomes lethargic, these are signs that she needs more immediate medical attention.
Encourage her to drink water to help soften her stools. You can add a bit of low-sodium chicken broth to her water to make it more appealing.
Try adding a small amount of canned pumpkin (not pie filling) to her food. It’s high in fiber and can help with constipation. Start with a tablespoon and adjust based on her size and response.
Because her symptoms are long-standing, I recommend taking her to a vet whenever possible.
