Rylie started out with diarrhea late evening on the 24th. The color was a bright orange until yesterday the 26th which it then turned to bright yellow. Now her diarrhea is dark brown with potential blood in it. She continues to drink water as normal but is not interested in eating. The uploaded picture happened about 15 minutes ago.

I'm sorry to hear that Rylie is experiencing these symptoms. The change in color and the presence of potential blood in her diarrhea, along with vomiting and loss of appetite, are indeed concerning. These signs could suggest a gastrointestinal issue, an infection, or even something more serious like pancreatitis or the ingestion of a toxin.

At home, there are a few steps you can take to help Rylie:

Firstly, ensure she stays hydrated by encouraging her to drink water regularly. You might also consider offering an electrolyte solution specifically designed for pets to help maintain her hydration levels.

In terms of diet, it may be beneficial to withhold food for 12 to 24 hours to give her digestive system a chance to rest. After this period, you can try offering her a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, in small, manageable amounts.

It's important to monitor her condition closely. Keep an eye on any changes in her behavior, watch for additional symptoms, and note if the diarrhea persists or worsens.

Given the severity and duration of her symptoms, I strongly recommend reaching out to your veterinarian as soon as possible. They will be able to perform the necessary tests to determine the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.

If you have any further questions or need additional guidance, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
