I'm truly concerned about the symptoms you're describing in your dog. The combination of bleeding, fever, disorientation, head trauma from hitting walls, vomiting, diarrhea, and refusal to eat or drink are all indicative of a potentially serious and life-threatening condition. These symptoms could suggest severe gastrointestinal issues, neurological problems, or even poisoning.
Given the severity and range of these symptoms, I strongly urge you to seek immediate veterinary care. Your dog needs to be evaluated by a professional as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause and to receive the appropriate treatment. Time is of the essence in situations like this, and a veterinarian will be able to provide the necessary interventions to help your dog.
Please take your dog to the nearest veterinary hospital or emergency clinic right away. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
