He has diarrhea, just started to have blood in diarrhea a few hours ago ago. He eats on his own, he stopped throwing up but was throwing up. He will drink the liquids from the boiled chicken on his own no forceing needed, and eats the boiled chicken but will not eat rice or his regular dog food. It does feel like his stomach is is rumbling/ kinda soft / firm to the touch (his stomach)

It sounds like your puppy is experiencing some concerning symptoms, particularly with the presence of blood in the diarrhea, along with vomiting, loss of appetite, and weight loss. Bloody diarrhea can indicate several serious conditions, such as infections, parasites, or even parvovirus, which is especially worrisome in young puppies who may not be fully vaccinated.
It's reassuring that your puppy is still eating boiled chicken and drinking liquids, as this helps maintain some hydration and nutrition. However, given the combination of symptoms, especially the bloody diarrhea and weight loss, it seems this is more than just a simple upset stomach.
I strongly recommend that you take your puppy to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They can conduct the necessary tests to determine the cause of these symptoms and provide the appropriate treatment. In the meantime, continue offering small amounts of boiled chicken and water to keep him hydrated, but avoid introducing any other foods until you have a clear diagnosis.
Please seek veterinary care immediately to ensure your puppy receives the necessary treatment. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
He’s starting to gain weight back it’s just the blood in his diarrhea that’s concerning now. He got his rounds of the parvo shot. Could it be something he ate? And if it is something he ate can it pass through naturally even with the bloody diarrhea?
