Stone has been itching and has progressively gotten more redness on her head and face. i also noticed her eyes are more red like she got scratched.

I'm sorry to hear that Stone is experiencing discomfort. The symptoms you've mentioned, such as excessive itching, redness, scabbing, and hair loss, can be attributed to a variety of factors. Common causes include allergies, whether from food or environmental sources, parasites like fleas or mites, or possibly a skin infection.
There are a few steps you can take at home to help her:
Firstly, it's a good idea to check for fleas or mites. Even if you haven't noticed them, using a flea comb can help identify any signs. If you do find evidence of fleas, treating her with a vet-recommended flea treatment could be beneficial.
Next, you might want to gently clean the affected areas using a damp cloth. It's important to avoid harsh soaps or chemicals that could further irritate her skin.
Additionally, consider any recent changes in her environment or diet that might have triggered an allergic reaction. Monitoring these factors can be helpful in identifying potential allergens.
Lastly, make sure she has a clean and comfortable space to rest, away from any potential irritants.
Given that her symptoms have persisted for a couple of weeks and are affecting her eyes and ears, I strongly recommend consulting a veterinarian. They can conduct a thorough examination and possibly run tests to determine the exact cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you.
