It sounds like your dog is experiencing significant discomfort, particularly with her eye and other symptoms you've mentioned. Given the range of issues, there are a few possibilities to consider:

Firstly, the redness, tearing, discharge, and sensitivity to light suggest that your dog might have an eye infection or injury. The temporary relief from the eye drops indicates there might have been some initial improvement, but the underlying issue wasn't fully resolved.

Secondly, the lethargy, weight loss, slow walking, and whimpering could point to a more systemic illness affecting her overall health. This could be due to an infection, inflammation, or another underlying health condition.

Additionally, the droopy eye and whimpering suggest she might be in pain, which could be related to the eye issue or another underlying condition.

For home care, you can try a few things:
- Gently clean around her eye with a damp, warm cloth to remove any discharge.
- Keep a close eye on her behavior and note any changes or worsening of symptoms.
- Ensure she has a comfortable and quiet place to rest, away from bright lights or other irritants.

However, given the severity and duration of her symptoms, it's crucial to seek professional veterinary care as soon as possible. The combination of eye issues with systemic symptoms like lethargy and weight loss warrants a thorough examination by a veterinarian to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
