Hello, first of all, I'm sorry for the late reply. If your dog sneezes and cries, it can be an allergic reaction. In general, this allergic reaction can be caused by stimulation of mucosa cells in the nose, or mucosa cells in the eye. In this case, wipe your dog's nose with a cotton swab soaked with sterile physiological saline, wipe your dog's eyes with artificial tears containing hyaluronic acid, and add about 3 drops. Repeat twice a day. If your dog's symptoms do not improve within 3-5 days, consult a veterinarian.
