Thank you for reaching out to us. First of all, a video would be very helpful in this case. Does she shake and show tremors while asleep? Does she lose any consciousness in the process? This is important because unconsciousness is one of the main factors that differentiate simple tremors from seizures. In other words, seizures are often accompanied by unconsciousness while tremors don't. Also, in the case of seizures, multiple or repetitive seizures are termed epilepsy. In the case of a seizure, take the video with you to the clinic. A physical examination along with screening tests(CBC, biochemistry, and urinalysis)) are likely to be carried out to look out for any abnormalities. This is because seizures can occur from underlying conditions such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, infections, and other metabolic diseases. If the diagnosis is confirmed to be seizure/epilepsy, anticonvulsants are likely to be prescribed.

On the other hand, tremors in dogs can be caused by cold environments, nausea, toxicity, autoimmune diseases, infections, and metabolic diseases.

Please consider taking her to the vet for a differential diagnosis so that she can receive the necessary care in time.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back to us!

Thank you.
