Q. Sudden intense shaking / breathing. Lethargic. Not jumping.

Started when we notice he was shaking after going out to pee in the rain. Thought he was just cold but even adter warming him, still shaking and breathing heavy like he just went for a run. Breath heavily during light walking. Not jumping and not excited as usual. Not interested in favorite ball or treat. Barely eating. Yelped during certain random movements but can not pinpoint. Still able to walk but slow like he's elderly. Can not really go up the stairs. Shakey when breathing. Soft stomach. Eyes dilated. Able to pee and poop.
