She’s non stop pissing, I’ve been keeping track of it tonight, and so far it’s been 5 times less then 5 minutes an then 3 more times. So she pissed 8 times within the hour. I don’t know if I should be concerned

Frequent urination in a young dog, such as your American Pit Bull Terrier, can indeed be concerning. There are several potential reasons for this behavior. One common cause is a urinary tract infection (UTI), which often leads to increased urination frequency in young dogs. Other possibilities might include behavioral issues, such as excitement or anxiety, or even a reaction to changes in her environment.
Here are a few steps you can take at home to address this issue:
Firstly, it's important to monitor her water intake. Keep an eye on how much she's drinking, as excessive consumption could indicate an underlying problem. Additionally, check for any other symptoms that might be present. Look for signs of discomfort, such as straining to urinate, blood in the urine, or excessive licking around the urinary area, as these could suggest a UTI or another medical condition.
It's also a good idea to consider her diet and environment. Ensure there haven't been any recent changes in her diet and that there are no new stressors in her environment that might be causing anxiety.
Keeping a log of her urination patterns can be very helpful. Note the frequency and any other symptoms you observe. This information can be invaluable if you decide to consult a veterinarian.
If her frequent urination persists or if you notice any additional symptoms, it would be wise to consult a veterinarian. They can perform tests to determine if there's an infection or another underlying condition that requires treatment.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Thank you.
