You need to bring her to the vet ASAP for a differential diagnosis in this case because there are a lot of possible causes of stomach distension. Ascites(fluid build-up) can cause the stomach to distend. GDV(gastric dilatation volvulus) is a possibility as well. Common clinical symptoms found in GDV are bloat, retching, stomach pain, collapse, abdominal distension, and excessive drooling. In the clinic, a physical examination, blood test(CBC), and an abdominal X-ray are likely to be carried out to evaluate her overall health condition. Please make an appointment with a vet.
