Q. She hasn’t pooped in 2 days

She is a very nervous dog and I just adopted her 3 days ago she was taking a medication to solidify her stools but I stopped because I noticed she wasn’t pooping anymore, she pooped at night around 11 pm 2 days ago (12/8/22) and has not passed a bowel movement since then, she eats all her food but I have noticed she doesn’t drink as much water, I just added blueberries to her diet today (12/10/22) in hopes of giving her more fiber in her diet

It is not unusual for a dog to go a day or two without having a bowel movement, especially if they have recently changed diets or environments. However, if your dog hasn't had a bowel movement in two days and appears to be uncomfortable or is displaying other concerning symptoms, it is important to consult with a veterinarian. The veterinarian will be able to assess your dog's health and provide appropriate treatment if necessary. Additionally, it is important for your dog to have access to plenty of fresh water to stay hydrated. Blueberries can be a healthy addition to a dog's diet, but it is important to introduce any new foods slowly to avoid gastrointestinal upset.
