If it’s a sneeze, not a cough, there’s something in the environment that stimulates her respiratory system rather than a certain disease suspected by sneezing itself. I don’t know exactly what your environment is like, but they often sneeze due to dust from sand used in cat litter boxes, or allergic to pollen. Therefore, please change the sand for cats into a product with less dust, or use it by filtering it outside.

And if she suddenly shows these symptoms, it may be an allergic reaction or a foreign body in her nose. First, please take a good look inside her, Remove any foreign substances, and wipe the inside of her nose with a cotton swab coated with sterile physiological saline.
And because there are many causes of runny nose in cats, it is advised to seek medical attention to determine the root cause and treat it.
