Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, if the bumps don't resolve themselves within the next few days, an appointment with a vet for a differential diagnosis is required in this case. Common differentials include warts, lipomas, abscesses, MCT(mast cell tumors), and sebaceous cysts. There are of course a lot more. Since you are able to palpate and feel it, you should seek immediate veterinary attention if there are any changes in size, color, or texture. If he tries to lick, scratch, or interact with the bumps, you can put an e-collar on him for prevention. This is because continuous interaction would only worsen the situation. Please consider taking him to the vet.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back to us!

Thank you.
