I'm truly sorry to hear about your dog's condition. The symptoms you're describing—persistent vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite, and weight loss—are indeed concerning and suggest a serious underlying issue that needs immediate attention. These signs could indicate problems such as a gastrointestinal blockage, an infection, or another critical condition.

Given that your dog is unable to keep fluids down, dehydration is a significant risk, and this can quickly become life-threatening. The rapid weight loss and lack of eating or drinking are particularly alarming.

I strongly urge you to return to the veterinarian as soon as possible. They may need to conduct diagnostic tests, such as blood work or imaging, to identify the cause of these symptoms. In some cases, hospitalization and intravenous fluids might be necessary to stabilize your dog and provide the appropriate care.

In the meantime, please avoid giving him any more milk or garlic, as these can sometimes exacerbate gastrointestinal issues in dogs. Focus on keeping him comfortable and monitor his condition closely.

Please seek veterinary care immediately. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you.
