It sounds like Red is experiencing a decrease in activity and energy, which can be concerning, especially if it's affecting her daily life. There are several potential reasons for this behavior, including underlying health issues, pain, or even emotional factors like stress or anxiety.

Given that this has been ongoing for a while, it's important to monitor her for any additional symptoms such as changes in appetite, weight loss, or any signs of discomfort. Since she's not herself and it's affecting her daily activities, it would be beneficial to have her evaluated by a veterinarian to rule out any medical conditions.

In the meantime, ensure she has a comfortable and quiet place to rest, and try to keep her routine as consistent as possible. If she's showing any signs of pain, such as limping or reluctance to move, avoid any strenuous activities.
