She is constantly meowing, when I finally can get her to lay down for a minute she holds her backend up and meows louder and if you touch it it's worse! She acts like she's having maybe muscle cramps in her legs or something but she's shaking too but not all the time. I have given her one of her pills and wrapping her up in a heating blanket with Me. I don't know what else to do for her

It sounds like your cat is experiencing some discomfort, particularly in her back end, which could be causing her to meow and act distressed. Since she's on Onsior, a medication typically used for pain and inflammation, it seems she might be dealing with some pain or discomfort.
The symptoms you're describing, such as the shaking and sensitivity in her back end, could be related to a few different issues. It might be a muscle strain or cramp, especially if she's been more active than usual. However, it could also be related to something more internal, like a urinary tract issue or even a gastrointestinal problem.
Here are a few steps you can take at home:
First, you've already done a great job by wrapping her in a heating blanket. Warmth can help soothe muscle discomfort and provide comfort. Keep an eye on her behavior and note any changes. If she continues to show signs of pain or if her symptoms worsen, it might be necessary to seek further evaluation. Try to keep her calm and encourage rest, limiting her activity to prevent any further strain. Ensure she has access to fresh water at all times, as hydration is important, especially if there's a possibility of a urinary issue. Watch for any additional symptoms like changes in appetite, litter box habits, or any visible signs of distress.
If her symptoms persist or worsen, it would be wise to consult with a veterinarian to rule out any underlying conditions that might require specific treatment. They can provide a thorough examination and possibly run tests to determine the cause of her discomfort.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
