She seems to be sleeping more than usual. I came home today and she didn't come to the door like she always does. She didn't "ask" for her wet food today either. Her litter box doesn't have very much stools and hardly any clumping. I changed it a few days ago, and only little stools. Not a whole lot to scoop this time.

It sounds like your cat is experiencing some changes in her behavior and habits, which can sometimes be concerning. Increased sleep and lethargy might indicate underlying issues such as stress, environmental changes, or health problems like dehydration or kidney issues. Additionally, her reduced use of the litter box and the decrease in stool and clumping could suggest she's not drinking enough water or eating as much as usual.
To help monitor and support her at home, there are a few steps you can take:
Firstly, ensure she has constant access to fresh water and encourage her to drink more. Offering wet food can also aid in keeping her hydrated. Keep an eye on her food intake to see if there's a noticeable decrease.
Secondly, consider any recent changes in her environment that might be affecting her, such as new furniture, alterations in routine, or even new scents. Cats can be quite sensitive to changes, which might be influencing her behavior.
Thirdly, observe her litter box habits closely. If she's urinating or defecating less, it could indicate constipation or urinary issues.
Lastly, continue to watch for any other symptoms, such as vomiting, diarrhea, or changes in her coat condition.
If her behavior doesn't improve or if you notice any additional symptoms, it would be wise to consult with a veterinarian. They can conduct a thorough examination and possibly run tests to ensure everything is okay.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
