It sounds like Arillius is going through some discomfort, and the symptoms you've mentioned could be linked to a variety of issues. The loose, saggy skin with a soft, possibly fluid-filled area might suggest swelling or edema, which could be due to an allergic reaction, an infection, or even an injury. Additionally, the increased drooling and change in behavior, along with the single episode of diarrhea, indicate that he might not be feeling his best overall.

Here are a few steps you can take at home to help him:

Firstly, keep a close eye on the saggy area for any changes in size, color, or temperature. If it becomes red, hot, or painful to touch, it might indicate an infection or inflammation. Also, watch for any additional symptoms such as vomiting, more frequent diarrhea, or changes in his appetite and drinking habits.

It's crucial to ensure that Arillius stays hydrated, especially since he has experienced diarrhea. Make sure he continues to drink water. Allow him to rest and provide a comfortable environment, avoiding any activities that might stress him or worsen his condition. If the diarrhea persists, offering him a bland diet, like boiled chicken and rice, can help settle his stomach.

Since Arillius isn't acting normally and has multiple symptoms, it's important to monitor him closely. If his symptoms persist or worsen, or if you notice any new concerning signs, it would be wise to consult with a veterinarian to rule out any serious underlying conditions.
