Her right eye is red and swollen im thinking it is pink eye but do not know

It sounds like your cat is experiencing some discomfort with her eye, which could indeed be conjunctivitis, commonly referred to as pink eye. However, it's important to note that these symptoms might also be due to allergies, infections, or even an injury.
At home, there are a few steps you can take to help your cat:
Firstly, try to keep her eye clean by gently wiping away any discharge with a clean, damp cloth. Use warm water and be very gentle to avoid causing further irritation.
Secondly, monitor her symptoms closely. If you notice any worsening or if the symptoms don't improve, it could indicate a more serious issue that needs attention.
Additionally, make sure her environment is free from potential irritants such as smoke, strong perfumes, or other substances that might aggravate her condition.
Given her age and the persistence of these symptoms, it would be wise to consult with a veterinarian. They can provide a proper diagnosis and suggest a treatment plan, which may include medication if an infection is present.
