He has lost all his hair. Took him to the vet 6months ago and they said yeast infection, told me to give him baths with anti fungal shampoo. I have been doing that. He can’t walk really good and every time he eats or drinks he cries in pain

I'm sorry to hear about Buster's condition. The symptoms you're describing, such as hair loss, a bad smell, scabbing, and pain when eating or drinking, are indeed concerning. These could suggest a persistent or worsening skin infection, possibly involving yeast or bacteria, or even other underlying health issues.

Given that this condition has been ongoing for six months and your dog is in pain, it's crucial to seek veterinary care as soon as possible. The difficulty in walking and crying in pain could indicate a more serious systemic issue that requires immediate attention.

In the meantime, continue with the antifungal baths as prescribed, but please refrain from trying any additional treatments without veterinary guidance. Ensure he is comfortable and keep an eye out for any changes in behavior or symptoms.

I strongly recommend visiting your vet promptly for a comprehensive examination and appropriate treatment. If you have any further questions or need more information, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
