Right before this she did get a bath at petsmart and im not sure what all products they used, she is not allergic to anything that i know of.

It sounds like your Labrador Retriever might be having some skin issues, possibly linked to the bath she recently had. The scabbing and yellow crust could be a reaction to a grooming product or perhaps an underlying skin condition.

At home, you can start by gently cleaning the affected area with a mild, hypoallergenic pet shampoo or simply plain water to remove any irritants. Be sure to rinse thoroughly and dry the area well.

It's also important to monitor the area for any changes, such as increased redness, swelling, or if your dog begins to scratch or lick the area more frequently. These signs could indicate an infection or a worsening condition.

Try to prevent your dog from scratching or licking the area, as this can lead to further irritation or even infection. Since she's on topical flea and tick prevention, double-check that it's applied correctly and isn't causing any irritation.

If the condition doesn't improve in a few days, worsens, or if you notice other symptoms like lethargy or loss of appetite, it would be wise to consult a veterinarian. They can perform a thorough examination and recommend appropriate treatments if necessary.
