She has a dry nose, she is breathing heavy and fast, water intake increased, energy she usually has 24/7 has decreased, she has been cringed to me to cuddle without problems which is out of character for her because she usually has so much playful energy where you can't hold her for more than 5 second before she wants to jump and play or lick you non stop

The symptoms you've described in your Australian Shepherd are indeed concerning and may indicate a serious underlying issue. A dry nose, along with heavy and fast breathing, increased water intake, decreased energy, and a change in behavior, such as seeking more cuddles, can point to several potential problems. These could range from dehydration and fever to respiratory issues, or even more serious conditions like diabetes or heart problems.
The fact that she's drinking more water and has less energy is particularly worrisome, as these can be signs of systemic issues that require immediate attention. Her change in behavior, becoming more clingy and less playful, suggests she's not feeling well and is seeking comfort.
Given the combination of these symptoms and the level of concern they raise, I strongly recommend that you take her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. A thorough examination and necessary tests will help determine the cause of these symptoms and allow for appropriate treatment.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
