Luffy has been refusing to eat any cat food for 2 days but starting today, he is eating boiled chicken so often, is it normal situation after eating barely thing. And one more thing, after he pooped, it's leaves so stinky smell on him and it makes his back so dirty so is it ok for me to clean him myself always or is there anything you can offer me to avoid this?
It sounds like Luffy is going through some significant digestive issues, particularly with the presence of bloody or black diarrhea. This can indicate bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, which is a serious concern that requires immediate veterinary attention. It's reassuring that he's eating boiled chicken, as it's gentle on his stomach, but it's crucial to address the underlying issue causing the diarrhea.
For the unpleasant smell and the mess on his back, you can gently clean him with a damp cloth or use pet-safe wipes. Be sure to dry him thoroughly afterward to prevent any skin irritation. However, frequent diarrhea and the resulting mess can lead to skin irritation or infections, so it's important to tackle the root cause of the diarrhea.
Given the severity of Luffy's symptoms, especially with the bloody or black stool, I strongly recommend taking him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They can perform the necessary tests to determine the cause of the diarrhea and provide the appropriate treatment. This is essential to ensure Luffy's health and well-being.
