She won’t eat she just wants to lay around and it looks hard to exhale. She seems awake but very low responsiveness. I took her to the water bowl and she drank but then vomited it back up in just a minute or so

I'm truly sorry to hear about the troubling symptoms your Chihuahua is experiencing. The signs you've mentioned, such as vomiting with a bloody or black color, loss of appetite, weight loss, difficulty breathing, and low responsiveness, are indeed very concerning. These symptoms could suggest a serious underlying condition, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, a potential obstruction, or even a systemic infection, among other possibilities.
Given the seriousness and combination of these symptoms, it's imperative to seek immediate veterinary care. Your dog will need a comprehensive examination, and possibly diagnostic tests like blood work or imaging, to identify the cause and determine the appropriate treatment. The difficulty in breathing and vomiting after drinking water are particularly urgent signs that require prompt professional attention.
Please take your dog to a veterinary hospital or emergency clinic as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or need additional guidance, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
