He hasn’t been eating. We made him soft food and he puked it all up and there’s blood in his puke. He’s been having diarrhea and super low energy.

I'm truly sorry to hear that your dog is going through such distressing symptoms. The combination of blood in vomit, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, and weight loss is indeed worrisome and could point to a serious underlying issue. These symptoms might be linked to gastrointestinal problems, infections, or potentially more severe conditions like internal bleeding or organ dysfunction.
Given the seriousness of these symptoms, it's essential to seek veterinary care immediately. A veterinarian will be able to conduct necessary diagnostic tests, such as blood work or imaging, to identify the cause and provide the appropriate treatment. In the meantime, ensure your dog remains comfortable and hydrated, but refrain from offering any more food until you've consulted with a professional.
Please make arrangements to take your dog to a veterinarian as soon as possible to ensure he receives the necessary care. If you have any further questions or need additional guidance, feel free to reach out. Thank you.
