Mange in dogs is usually caused by Sarcoptic Mange(scabies) or Demodectic Mange(Demodex). You should make an appointment with a vet to confirm her diagnosis. This is because a vet usually carries out a skin scraping or biopsy test to first look out for any infections(parasitic, fungal, bacterial) before suspecting any other causes such as allergies. If the diagnosis turns out to be mange, the treatment usually includes medicated shampoos along with a prescription of topical ointments. You should put an e-collar and maybe a dog cloth on her to prevent her from further interacting with the itchy regions of the body. Please make an appointment with a vet if you haven't.
