Little boy got into a fight today with another dog due to female dogs in the vicinity being in heat. The other dog was much larger, and has injuried Lil Boy pretty badly. He's drank some water, and hasn't eaten day. I have not been able to get him a bath yet due to his injuries and being unable to lift him into the bathtub with these injuries. He has been trying to rest but keeps waking up crying. I'm not sure what I need to do

I'm truly sorry to hear about your dog's injuries. Given the seriousness of the situation, it's essential to seek immediate veterinary care. The wounds might be deep and could require professional cleaning, suturing, and possibly antibiotics to prevent infection. His crying and inability to rest comfortably suggest he may be in significant pain or distress.
In the meantime, try to keep him as calm and comfortable as possible. It's important to avoid moving him too much to prevent further pain or injury. If you notice any bleeding, gently apply pressure with a clean cloth to help control it. Please refrain from giving him any human pain medications, as these can be harmful to dogs.
I urge you to take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible to ensure he receives the appropriate care and pain relief. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you.
He has now gotten up, and we walked outside for him to go potty. He is getting around much better now. I'm pretty sure that he is whining because he wants to go outside to be with the dogs in heat. He also ate a little bit. I'm sure that he has significant pain, though, due to his injuries. What is the best home remedy for pain relief? Also, the side of his face is significantly swollen. I'd say about twice the size of the other side of his face

I'm glad to hear that he's moving around a bit better and has eaten, but I understand your concern about the swelling on his face and his injuries. Swelling can often indicate infection or trauma, so it's important to address this promptly.
You can apply a cold compress or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to the swollen area for short periods, about 10 to 15 minutes, to help reduce the swelling. Encourage him to rest and avoid too much activity, as this can worsen the pain and swelling. It's also important to ensure he stays hydrated and continues to eat, even if it's just small amounts.
Dog battle injuries can be tough to treat because there are many bacteria in the teeth and gums, so if swelling or pus occurs in the wound of him, you should visit an animal hospital quickly for treatment. If there is bleeding, firmly put sterile gauze over the bleeding area.
Given the swelling and his injuries, I recommend taking him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They can provide the appropriate pain relief and assess the swelling to determine if antibiotics or further treatment are needed.
