Hello, first of all, I'm sorry for the late reply. In general, it may take about 14 days for hair to grow. Does your dog still feel itchy in the area? If the area is continuously itchy, please control the infection first. Wipe the area with sterile physiological saline, disinfect it with a betadine disinfectant or a chlorhexidine disinfectant, and apply an ointment containing antibiotics.

Your dog may be allergic, but it may be a symptom of atopic dermatitis.Feeding prescription food can also help. I recommend Hill's Z/d feed. After changing the feed, it may take about a month for the effect to appear. Never give your dog a snack. It is recommended that you only feed the prescription food. If your dog's itching doesn't improve after a month, this could be an environmental Atopy reaction. Atopy can be suppressed by preventing itching such as Cytopoint injection. It is recommended that you consult your veterinarian and find an appropriate way. The way you can try it at home is to apply medicinal shampoo. After washing your dog with the shampoo you usually use, wash the area with a medicated shampoo (like malaseb or Dalsey cholorhexidine shampoo)for 5–10 minutes. After washing your dog, apply a thin layer of antibiotic ointment to the affected lesion (mupirocin). If your dog does not improve in the above way, you should visit a nearby animal hospital for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

It can be a symptom of ticks and fleas, so it is also helpful to provide external parasite medicine. (nexguard spectra) It could also prevent demodex infection
