Thank you for reaching out to us. First of all, check his feet for any inflammation or swelling. The limping problem in guinea pigs is usually associated with external injuries. Infection(pododermatitis, bumblefoot) is a common cause in guinea pigs that cause limping. You also have to check whether he gets enough Vitamin C as insufficient Vitamin C can lead to musculoskeletal problems.

Furthermore, recall whether there was any trauma recently. You can also pinch his feet to see whether he reacts. If he doesn't react at all, a neurological condition is also a possibility.

Unfortunately, an appointment with a vet for a differential diagnosis is required in this case. Please make an appointment with a vet.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back to us!

Thank you.
