Hello, I looked over the question you sent.
This is a case that requires an appointment with a veterinarian.
Eye mucus and squinting symptoms in cats can be caused by various causes such as eye diseases (uveitis, corneal ulcers, glaucoma), allergic reactions, infectious diseases, and environmental factors (too cold environment). An accurate diagnosis requires additional tests at a veterinary hospital.
If there is exudate or eye mucus around the eye, wipe it off with a clean gauze.
Put cat eye drops (hyaluronic acid) in your cat's eyes regularly, 2-3 times a day.
Please monitor your cat's condition.
If your cat's eye disease persists or worsens after, it is recommended that you take your cat to the veterinarian for proper examination and treatment.
Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions you may have. Thank you.
