Thank you for using our service. It sounds like your dog is experiencing some serious symptoms and it is important to get him seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, and not wanting to get up can all be signs of serious illness in dogs and it is important to have your dog examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause and determine the best course of treatment.

In the meantime, there are a few things you can try to help your dog feel more comfortable and support his health. First, try to keep him hydrated by offering him water and electrolyte solutions such as Pedialyte to drink. You can also try withholding food for a short period of time and then slowly reintroducing small amounts of a bland, easily digestible diet such as boiled chicken and rice.

If your dog's symptoms persist or worsen, or if he is experiencing any other concerning signs, it is important to have him seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. It is always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the health of your furry friend.

If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to come back to us! Thank you.
