Thank you for reaching out to us. Thank you for the photo. Although nothing can be fully evaluated with just a photo, the discharge from the left eye is likely to indicate an infection. Furthermore, other typical causes of eye discharges include allergies, URI(Upper Respiratory Infection), corneal ulcers, and glaucoma. A differential diagnosis in the clinic is required in this case to pinpoint the cause before any proper treatment plans can be established and begin. Till you bring her to the vet, you can use a warm-soaked gauze or cloth to gently wipe out whatever is oozing. However, please be very careful and I do not recommend any OTCs at the moment considering the problematic location being the eye. You can also apply some ice packs to the chin area to alleviate the swelling. Please make an appointment ith a vet for necessary prescription and intervention.
