Hello, first of all, I’m sorry for the late reply.
Please take a good look at her ears. Please check if there are many earwax inside the ear or if there is no odor.
If she has a lot of earwax, it can be caused by a malarsezia fungal infection, a bacterial infection, or an infection caused by ear mites.
For an accurate diagnosis, it is recommended to visit an animal hospital.
As a measure you can do at home, please buy ear sanitizer for cats and wipe the inside of pet’s ears. Apply ear ointment containing antibiotics and antifungal agents. Or Aurizon ear ointment can killed ear mites. It takes at least 7-14 days for the ear infection to get better. If symptoms appear afterwards, it is recommended to visit an animal hospital. It is also good to apply Revolution or Advantage 2 products(for ectoparasite such as flea, tick, ear mite, demodex etc..)
