Thank you for reaching out to us. First of all, check the appropriate daily requirements on the product label to see whether you are feeding him enough daily. You can also increase the amount of feeding or increase the frequency of feeding per day. If he is already 8 weeks of age or older, you can gradually introduce a solid diet to him. I can't emphasize the importance of "gradual" as an abrupt change in diet often causes gastrointestinal tract issues such as vomiting and diarrhea. If he still doesn't gain weight after all these tries, you need to make an appointment with a vet for a differential diagnosis as his weight loss or not gaining weight may be associated with underlying medical conditions.
I hope you find my answer helpful.
