His eyes have a little gunk in them which i think it might be an infection, i gavr him Bufdalo Wild Wings (cooked bones im guessing) bones and after that he started throwing up and hes making groaning noises and panting, heavy breathing.

It sounds like your dog is experiencing some worrying symptoms, particularly after consuming cooked bones. Cooked bones can splinter, leading to blockages or tears in the digestive tract, which might explain the vomiting and discomfort you're observing. The groaning, panting, and heavy breathing are clear signs of distress and could indicate a serious issue, such as a blockage or internal injury.
The eye discharge might be a separate concern, possibly due to an infection or irritation, but the most pressing issue right now is the potential for a serious gastrointestinal problem caused by the bones.
Given the severity of these symptoms, I strongly urge you to seek immediate veterinary care. A veterinarian can perform necessary diagnostics, like X-rays, to determine if there's a blockage or other internal issue and provide the appropriate treatment.
Please take your dog to a veterinary hospital as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
