It sounds like your dog is experiencing some troubling urinary issues, which can understandably be quite concerning. The symptoms you've mentioned, such as reduced urine output, urinary straining, vomiting, and incontinence, could point to a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, or potentially a more serious condition like a urinary obstruction.

The yellow vomiting, lethargy, and loss of appetite suggest that your dog is not feeling well and might be experiencing discomfort or pain. The way your dog's tail is curving could also be an indication of discomfort or an attempt to relieve pressure.

There are a few things you can do at home to help your dog:

Firstly, ensure your dog stays well-hydrated, as this can assist in flushing out the urinary system. Make sure to offer fresh water frequently. Additionally, consider a diet that supports urinary health, as there are specific dog foods designed to prevent urinary issues. It's also important to closely monitor your dog's urination habits, paying attention to any changes in frequency, color, or behavior.

Given the recurring nature and combination of these symptoms, I strongly recommend consulting with a veterinarian as soon as possible. They will be able to perform the necessary tests to determine the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
